Presentation Title:
From Data Sharing to Study Reproducibility: The Stanford Center for Reproducible Neuroscience
Description:
The Stanford Center for Reproducible Neuroscience was founded in 2015 with the goal of harnessing high-performance computing to make neuroscience research more reliable. The Center has three primary objectives: provide researchers with easily accessible tools to analyze their data in ways that focus on the reproducibility of the results, provide researchers with a way to easily share their data once the research is published, and provide researchers with a way to transparently share their analysis workflows. Our initial launch of the CRN analysis platform will occur just before Force 2016 and we’ll be ready to demo the system and talk about how the platform helps advance reproducibility in neuroscience research.
