Q: What do I do if I lose my dorm key?
Lost room key cards can be replaced at the De Neve Housing Desk for a $10.00/fee, paid at the time of replacement.
Q: Where is the lost and found?
All lost and found items are given to the De Neve housing check-in conference desk which they keep for one week before turning over to UCLA Police
If item left in the meeting room, please check with Sproul Hall Front Desk.

Q: What is the dress attire?
The summer institute attire is very casual - please dress comfortably, summer/beach attire. If you are comfortable, shorts, T-shirts and flip flops are appropriate. For predicted/historical weather conditions in the area please visit this link: Los Angeles Accuweather. In southern California, Los Angeles has an average temperature of 22°C (72°F) in August, with highs of 28°C (83°F) and lows of 16°C (61°F) after dark. If you visit at this time of year you will need your summer wardrobe for the daytime, with warmer layers for evenings out.

Q: Where are the classrooms for FSCI courses?
Classrooms are located in two buildings on campus. All locations are an easy walk from FSCI main check-in area.
FSCI Hospitality Suite
There is a designated FSCI hospitality suite at FSCI, location to be announced. The hospitality suite is available for the comfort and relaxation of all FSCI participants. Come join your colleagues in casual conversation.
Event check-in and course registration will be outside the Palisades Ballroom at Carnesale Commons starting 8:00 AM on Monday, August 5th.
