Lindsey Anderson is a scientific data research scientist in the Biological Sciences Division (EBSD) at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Lindsey's research has been dedicated to discovery-based science and the characterization of novel, targeted and non-targeted, functional metabolic interactions using high-sensitivity omics data capture technologies (unbiased to experimental design or data type) using novel open-source bioinformatics tools for advanced in-depth biological investigations for interpretation. Her multidisciplinary domain expertise in multi-omics (proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, and transcriptomics) data analytics for data metadata management/governance stem from a research background as both a chemical biologist and computational data scientist, working as a conduit between both experimental and analytical research applications. Working across both biomedical and environmental research projects, Lindsey's current work focuses on implementing data forecast-driven scientific data management approaches utilizing cross-domain data linguistics, standard ontologies, and various semantic technologies for comprehensive metadata capture designed for building complex data analysis DOI lifecycle packages for dissemination.
