Omorodion Okuonghae is a Nigerian Librarian who possesses Bachelors and Masters degrees in Library and Information Science from Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State, Nigeria. He is a promising young professional with great potentials to achieve excellence in the field of Librarianship and Information Technology. He has since worked in different libraries including Wesley University Library, Ondo where he worked as the System Librarian. Omorodion is currently the Head, E-Library Services, Samuel Adegboyega University, Ogwa, Edo State, Nigeria. As a distinguished scholar, Omorodion has won numerous awards and recognition in addition to being the best graduating student in 2013 for his Bachelors degree program and earning a distinction in his Masters degree. As a research scholar, Omorodion has published numerous scholarly works in reputable Local and International outlets. He has also presented papers at several Local and National conferences. In 2019, Omorodion was voted the best paper presenter at the 57th National Conference and Annual General Meeting of the Nigerian Library Association. His research interest include Scholarly Communication, Bibliometrics, Information Literacy, Application of Emerging Technologies to Libraries amongst others.
