Adebisi Yusuff Adebayo is Global Health Focus’s Associate Director (Africa) for Research. Adebisi is a global health enthusiast, drug policy advocate, research enthusiast and public health educator. His research interests are in the areas of global health and public health, particularly on public health education, access to medicine, health, antimicrobial resistance, health systems, drug use and misuse, policy and financing, HIV/AIDS, sexual and reproductive health, maritime health, and the translation of health research to policy and practice. Adebisi has presented (as a author/coauthor) various research works in many local and international conferences. His team won the 2018 Innovate4AMR Global Competition organized by World Health Organization, Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, South Centre, ReAct – Action on Antibiotic Resistance and the International Federation of Medical Students´Associations.
